I really.enjoyed food here and prices are cheap! Will return
Got done doing a hike in the area we stopped in and we liked it alot! Fast service and a good price which is rare in Honolulu! We had to use the bathroom here which was through the kitchen and got a good look at behind the scenes lol will return
Comfort food and cheap price. Fried rice was surprisingly good.
Great food. Large portions. Reasonably priced.
The BEST Mochiko Chicken Curry on the Island. Recommend to everyone.
Had the Miso Ramen the broth was excellent.
Perfect ramen for a rainy day or any other for that matter. Attentive staff, terrific ramen
I visited for lunch break and ate Hokkaido Ramen $10.95. The soup is ok, noodles are not good so much. The ramen has lots of veggies and seafood in it, so before I started to eat noodles, I was full with the veggies already. Hokkaido ramen is supposed to be miso and butter ramen in Japan. Their ramen tastes like very old school miso butter ramen!! If you miss Hokkaido, it would remain you of Hokkaido. but I don't think I come back here anymore.
If I could give a negative star I would. The fish was like rubber, with Teri sauce. The pork in the soup, was so dry, it was like freezer burn. First time in years that I left a restaurant, sad.
Best kim chee fried rice on the island.
No Hokkaido Ramen, no broth just watery soup with flavoring. But cheap and plentiful.
Pretty good little place- first time here. Good service, clean. I had the gyoza curry & soup. Pretty good.
Gomoku Ramen is the best!
Always delicious and speedy service!
Katsu curry set. 4 pc large gyoza, small soy ramen, good plate of Chicken Katsu w Carrots and onions over rice w curry sauce. Yummy. Many people also ordering Cold Noodles.
We had the Gyoza, Udon noodles and Shoyu Ramen. The dashi was on point and exactly what you want from dashi. The Udon noodles were springy and full of flavor, the ramen noodles were also perfectly cooked. The gyoza were good, not the best we had on the island but the filling was very well done with pork, Maui onion and green onion or scallion. Prices are reasonable and they have nice big portions.
Affordable and worth beyond the cost.
Very quick and skillful service.
Love their combo's. Food is tastier than other ramen restaurants. Their dashi soup is good, the gyoza is flavorful & juicy, and the pork fried rice is yummy with kamaboko. I need to try their other items too.
The service is quick and the food is great. Also, the prices are decent.
We always get a tray of gyoza to take to parties.
As a Japanese, I have to say the level of ramen is not high enough to recommend this shop to others.
It is one of the many good restaurants in Kaimuki. This place is clean and outstanding Japanese food.
They get 5 stars for the waitress being nice and observant that my daughter needed a high chair. They also get 5 stars for being cheap. If you're looking for authentic, this is not the place. They also get 5 stars cuz it's the only ramen place open at 1030am. Lol.
The food is excellent.. and very friendly
Food is good. Service is good. Price is good. Really, their hokkaido ramen is a good deal. Broth is good. Location convenient. Parking is convenient. What's wrong? I'd come here all the time if I lived local to kaimuki.
I wouldn't waste my money here I made the mistake so you don't have in everyregard this places food is sub par
Best ramen for the $$$$$
Ramen is pretty standard but it's very cheap, and they have great prices. Good places for a quick bite and you want some noodles.
Two thumbs up. Really delicious and peaceful
Yummy with large portions
Food was good, good price, pretty good service. The location is in a kinda bad spot parking wise though. The parking lot qas packed so we had to circle for a little
Best deals around..usually quiet, never a wait, food is good and cant beat the price!
Great service and value here.
Cute location on the corner of 12th AveParking is located in the business lot, cost us about .75cents for the time we were inside eating. Ample parking didnt take us long to find a stall. The restaurant has about 8 tables. We were able to seat ourselves upon arrival and no wait time. The menu had a great selection, the food came out fast and the service was great. Soft drinks are one size (med) and .90cents for refill. Definitely will be back again.
Sub par broth. Plus too much sprouts in ramen
Can't get enough of this place. The food is tasty with large portions and the prices are so good! Very happy to have this wonderful little gem close to my house.
Awesome food at a good price.
Food was amazing!!!!
I'll be back. LOVED THE SIDES for your ramen to add. Garlic was so good.
The prices are very fair and the food is very delicious. I always order the pork katsu curry. It's similar to chicken katsu curry. The curry is very flavorful and not spicey. The establishment is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Me and a coworker visits this establishment at least once a week.
Love the ramen combo b!
Good food and price !!!
Curry rice at this restaurant is incredible!!
The Mochiko Chicken Curry Plate was so delicious and so plentiful... I recommend Hokkaido Ramen as a great place to eat in East Honolulu.
A very small mom and pop type establishment. Good food for a reasonable price. Decent variety of ramen, udon and sides. Quick service. Its usually not too crowded but for groups larger than 10 it might be best to call ahead as their staff is minimal.
Good food
Really good! :)
Ramen is average, it's the fried chicken and gyotaku that I enjoy more here.
Char Siu ramen, Gyoza, and water.Water was the best part. Ramen broth was dull and simple, like something from a packet or can. Pork was tough. Gyoza were falling open every time I picked them up.Water was great, as was the service
